On September 22nd, we brought Arrùi to Osteria Kobuta in Cagliari for another special
tasting comparing the 2024 and 2025 vintages. Guests enjoyed pairing the two vintages with
the chef’s unique Japanese-Sardinian fusion cuisine, showing great enthusiasm for the
harmony between the dishes and the different nuances of the wine.
