The Blossom Avenue Living Farm was born from the vision of The Blossom Avenue Partners, an architecture and urban planning firm founded in 2005 by Marco Facchinetti and Marco Dellavalle. With an international spirit split between the dynamism of New York and its headquarters in Milan, the firm brings major urban regeneration projects to life. Our guiding thread is a clear promise: “For better human living.”

The founders
Marco Facchinetti
Marco Facchinetti is an architect and researcher in urban planning at the Politecnico di Milano (Department of Architecture and Planning), as well as a Visiting Professor at the State University of New York at Albany. Throughout his career, he has participated in national and international research programs, published books and articles, and taken part in workshops He is actively involved in major planning processes for urban regeneration and development, advocating a new vision of urban transformations: not mere interventions, but opportunities to redevelop parts of the city by investing in urban form and the quality of public spaces.
Marco Dellavalle
Marco Dellavalle is an urban planner with a distinct focus on development and urban transformations. He earned his degree from the Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis that was published shortly thereafter. As one of Italy’s most influential urban planners, he serves as a City Manager for several municipalities in the Greater Milan area. He manages urban development and quality of life while helping coordinate public expenditure and attract private investment aligned with the growth perspectives he develops alongside local administrations.
Stella Intini
Sales & Marketing Manager
Holding a degree in Media Languages and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Università Cattolica di Milano, she manages the company’s business development and communication. Fluent in 6 languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese), she oversees client acquisition, social media presence, and full-scale event organization.

The Indomitable Sardinian
In this generous, sun-kissed land, our Carignano del Sulcis DOC vineyards flourish to produce Arrùi (“indomitable” in Sardinian): a proud, structured red wine rich with the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.

A CONSCIOUS METHOD
From Earth to Glass
Our vineyard management rejects shortcuts and invasive treatments, focusing instead on soil health and the natural resilience of vines exposed to sea breezes. Every cluster of Carignano is tended with artisanal care and harvested in harmony with nature’s rhythms, ensuring the grapes bring to the cellar the fullest expression of their aromatic intensity and the signature minerality of Sulcis soils.
